My favorite Tahoe experience by far was building a Discovery Trail at the Granlibakken Resort for children to walk into the forest and explore nature.

The Family Nature Summit team deserves lots of kudos for coming up with the idea and putting their service project into action. It may be a whole different experience in winter, but here's a taste of it as it was built:
